Here you'll find the home page for Minecraft maps of Seattle. There are a total of 4 maps currently available. One set of maps focuses on the Central District. Another set of maps includes most of the city of Seattle, but cuts a little bit off from the north and the south.
The maps were generated using LIDAR data to get the height imported using WorldPainter, Open Street Map to generate the street grid, and King County Assesor's data to augment the Open Street Map data.
The maps are generated using MCMap which is a program written in C# and builds upon the Substrate library for .NET. This program converts the street map and King County Assesors data and adds streets, buildings, etc... on top of the base map. Substrate works on maps in the Java edition format and the maps are then converted to the Bedrock edition using MCC ToolChest.
